It pays to be a winner...
What you need to know
before filling out an application with RMD Spec Ops:
 FIRST
TIME EVERY TIME-
If you cannot spell or form paragraphs when filling out the
application you're probably not even going to get a tryout. If you
are unable to communicate effectively, and follow or give instruction
you're not what RMD is looking for. If you cannot read the compass
on the HUD so that you know what direction South is you may want to
sharpen your skills before asking to join our clan. You need to be able
to do things correctly the first time... every time!
FREEPLAY-
RMD is a "Freeplay" only clan. We do not have official "Clan
Wars". We don't compete on any ladder sites. We set out to win every
game we play but we are just on SOCOM to have fun, set and break our own
records and tear things up. We have been called "THE ULTIMATE
FREEPLAY CLAN". If you are into "clan warring" your way to the
#1 spot on gamebattles.com, you are absolutely looking at the wrong
clan.
SPORTSMANSHIP-
Cheating WILL NOT be tolerated. Anyone caught
cheating will be removed from the clan. This includes glitching
(breaking pixels), use of codes, or any activity not intended by the
developer. THIS IS A ZERO-TOLERANCE
POLICY. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT CHEATING, EVEN ONCE, YOU WILL BE REMOVED
FROM THE CLAN & BANNED FROM OUR MESSAGE BOARD PERMANENTLY.
BROTHERHOOD-
There is a "chain of command" but no man is treated differently
than anyone else. We are a family made up of teams. We always work
together to achieve victory.
DIVERSITY- All
styles of play, using all the available weapons in the SOCOM arsenal,
are welcome. As long as you are not cheating, you are encouraged
to do what ever it takes to win. We do not ban weapons.
RESPECT-
You must always show respect to your fellow clan members (especially
RMD's Commanding Officers) as well as the players on the other team.
LOYALTY-
Only personnel who show their loyalty to RMD and its members will be
considered for promotion higher rank. We have had the same core
members since the clan's inception; January 28, 2003.
FOCUS-
Completing the mission is always the 1st priority.

How the application process
works:

Register on the RMD message board

Introduce yourself at the "RMD Watering
Hole" and get to know the members of RMD.

Obtain a sponsor. (You must be
"sponsored" by a current member of RMD for your application to be
considered.)

Fill out an application for review by the clan commanders (VOODOO,
NOLE and X). Your application will be moved to the "Officer
Review Board" (ORB) for approval.

The clan's commanders vote on the
application within the ORB. It must receive 2 out of 3 votes to be
approved.

Once the application is approved, you will
enter "RMD BUDS" (A.K.A. HELLWEEK). You will be expected to complete
tasks given to you by any clan member of RMD, as well as dealing with
whatever comes your way. Not everyone makes it through. In
fact, most don't make it through Hellweek.

After an unspecified period of time in
"BUDS" there will be a vote by the entire clan on your application.
If approved you will be welcomed into RMD personally by one of the clan
commanders. Once welcomed into RMD you will be expected to change
your PSN ID to "CALL SIGN-x-".
